Thunderstorm--August 17, 2012

Here is a collection of photos taken from an approaching thunderstorm in mid-August 2012. This storm really didn't take shape until nightfall after these pictures were taken, but it was part of a slow moving cold front that broke through some heat and humidity. Temperatures got up to near 90 while heat indices rose to near 95. Rain eventually fell, and South Plainfield received about 0.6 inches of rain.
